Customer safety is our top priority. As our products are cosmetic in nature, we do not accept refunds for products that have been opened from their original packaging.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@zeylbeauty.com to set up an exchange. Please include all relevant images/videos in the email and your order number so we can best support you.
Once your order is placed, we cannot change/cancel/adjust your order as we work fast! All sales are final.
