How long will it take to receive my shipment?  

• We move quick! Bridal Glow orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times depend on the individual carriers. 
  

How will my order be shipped?  

• We use shipping methods that will get your order the fasted and safest! If you have any questions, please send us an email at hello@zeylbeauty.com  
  

What about customs and duty fees? 

• Zeyl Beauty does not impose customs and duty fees. Customs and duty fees are not included in the item or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. Your country of residence imposes these fees. We try our best to help minimize the possibility of this charge by shipping through your local distribution center. Zeyl Beauty is not responsible for any additional fees or customs fees your country may impose upon receiving your package. 
  

How do I track my package? 

• Easy! Log in to your Bridal Glow account and head to your “Order History”. There, you’ll see where your order is and its expected delivery date. You will also receive an email from the shipping carrier with tracking information. 
  

Can I modify or cancel my order?  

• Once an order is shipped, we won’t be able to modify or cancel it. All Bridal Glow sales are final & orders are processed quickly!
